Lehi Police Department Sex Offender Registration

Sex offenders who live, work, or attend school in Lehi must register with the Lehi Police Department. The department's main site is at lehi-ut.gov/police. Registration is required twice per year under Utah law. Check-ins run on the registrant's birth month schedule, with the second appointment falling six months later. Any change to address, vehicles, phone numbers, internet accounts, employment, or other required information must be reported within 3 business days of the change.

New residents who move to Lehi from out of state must register within 10 days of arriving in Utah. Utah applies its own rules. It does not matter how registration was handled in the prior state. Registrants should call or check the Lehi PD website before the first visit to confirm what documents to bring and whether an appointment is needed.

Lehi has grown dramatically over the past decade. Thousands of new households have moved in, and new schools, parks, and community facilities have opened throughout the city. For parents, the rapid growth makes it especially important to check current registry data rather than relying on searches done months or years ago. The registry is updated as changes come in, but new arrivals to Lehi may not always appear immediately if they have not yet completed their registration obligation.
